A 2nd floor Podium garden with mounded planting beds, planting consisted of using native plants with Ilex hedging screens adjacent to the terraces. We Turfed areas centrally planted ornamental trees throughout. An irrigation system installed in all beds This was a logistically challenging project as we were not able to use the tower crane to access all areas, using a combination of machinery and mobile cranes we were able to access all areas but this meant working closely with the site team to ensure all deliveries and works were co-ordinated. From start to finish the whole podium took around 3 months, with an almost continuous presence.
