Why work for us

We are a leading and well-established provider of landscaping services throughout London and the Home Counties. With over 40 years of successful operation, our company now operates from a modern office in Egham, along with two nursery sites located in Twickenham and Woking.

Guided by a long-serving management team, we have achieved consistent growth year after year, receiving numerous awards and accolades in the process. This continuous expansion has created various job openings, and we are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team.

Our people are our priority, which is why we implement a strict equal opportunities policy. This policy encompasses every aspect of your journey with us, from recruitment to career advancement and promotional opportunities.

We actively seek ways to celebrate the diversity within our workforce and encourage our employees to share their ideas. We are committed to empowering women in our industry and take pride in the fact that over 26% of our team members are female.

Our company has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

Our Training & Career Advancements

At KLG, we prioritise providing extensive training to every member of our team. Our offerings range from CSCS and SMSTS certifications for our ground workers to NVQs and higher-level degrees for office and nursery roles.

We place great importance on continuous professional development, which has played a vital role in our employees’ advancement from entry-level positions to management.

Each year, we conduct company-wide appraisals where employees can request any relevant training they desire, and thus far, all requests have been approved.

Employee Benefits

Despite our significant growth over the past few years, we still maintain a close-knit, family-like atmosphere. Many of our employees have been with us for up to 25 years, fostering strong connections to the business. We celebrate this bond through various employee events each year, such as a family fireworks night and Summer BBQ party.

Recognising that many positions can be physically demanding, we aimed to introduce a benefit to support our staff. In 2022, we partnered with Benenden Healthcare to provide all employees with access to their healthcare services. Alongside our charity partner, Perennial, employees benefit from free healthcare, financial and legal advice, mental health services, and a variety of other support options.

Additionally, we offer a range of other perks, including a gift voucher for your birthday, attendance bonuses and much more.
