The Barratt Hounslow High Street Quarter is an impressive residential development designed to spark regeneration in the surrounding area. Our works involved the install of all the soft landscaping plus bespoke steel planters, resin bound gravel path and play areas.
Works had to be co-ordinated very carefully as most of the works were onto roofs and podium, so was very logistically challenging. For the main podium we had to lift a spider crane onto the deck and us it to lift and distribute materials around the podium.
The end result were impressive green public spaces for the residents to enjoy. Locations – Ground Floor Public Realm, Large Courtyard Podium on between Block A&B and individual Roof Gardens on Levels 7,8 and 9
