Having joined KLG in 1999 as a Landscape Operative, Simon has been instrumental in the company’s development and trajectory over the last 25 years. In addition to overseeing the business and our management teams, he is dedicated to improving operational efficiency and productivity. Simon ensures adherence to health and safety regulations and quality control standards, while also formulating and executing strategies for continuous improvement in our operations and overall service delivery. He builds strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
